What are Dining Rewards and how do they work?
Trade-in your OpenTable Points for Dining Rewards at more than 20,000 participating U.S. restaurants on OpenTable. Redeem your points, then use the activation link to book a new reservation on OpenTable. We will send you a rewards card in your confirmation email to use towards your meal. Learn how to redeem your points and use your Dining Reward here. Note: Rewards are linked when you book and cannot be applied to reservations already made. You will have to cancel the reservation and book again using the activation link to use your Dining Reward at a reservation you already booked,
Dining Reward expirations and important use dates
Dining Rewards must be activated toward a new reservation within 12 months of redeeming points and receiving your activation email. The reward card itself expires one year after it is activated toward a reservation. The expiration date on the card is Month/Year. If you don't use the full amount of the card, you have 12 months to use the remainder of the balance.
Using your Dining Reward at the restaurant
You will receive a link to your reward card in your Reservation Confirmation Email. Bring your reward card to your reservation and show it to the server. You can also print out your reward card or display it in your OpenTable app on your phone. Find the card in the Reservations tab of your app.
How much can I get in Dining Rewards with my points?
In order to see the value of your Dining Rewards, you will first have to redeem your points. Values will vary according to the restaurant, date, and time of the reservation.
What else should I know about Dining Rewards and reward cards?
All redemptions of OpenTable Points, Dining Rewards, and reward cards are final. OpenTable is not responsible for any Dining Rewards or reward cards used without your permission or for any lost, stolen, or destroyed Dining Rewards or reward cards. OpenTable may, in its sole discretion, cancel and replace a lost, stolen, or destroyed Dining Reward or reward card, if it has not already been redeemed, with a new Dining Reward or reward card, as applicable. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Dining Rewards and reward cards are not redeemable for cash. Resale of Dining Rewards and reward cards is prohibited. Dining Rewards and reward cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
